Blessings and thank you for your desire for more information about our eBlast Services!  Simply, to distribute your information to our database, we only need two things (1) a flyer and (2) a payment (pricing for eBlasts are listed at the bottom of this email.)  Once both are received we will provide a proof for your review within two business days unfortunately not including Saturday.  If you need an immediate rush set up there is an additional $50 rush fee and an eBlast proof will be provided in 1 business day as opposed to 2.  Once you approve your proof, you can then choose from the optional days and times which are available.  The sending of your flyer to our database is called an eBlast and it goes out (1) one time unless other eBlast slots are purchased, which are reduced in price, per successive sending(s).  New to our service family is ‘video email’ in which you can send out a video commercial to your audience, the price is an additional 50 when used in conjunction with our eBlast service.  If you already have a video commercial created for your event, this is what is next in marketing. Call me with any questions and I can clarify it as an option.

Flyers should be submitted as a jpeg or PDF to N8Jiles@Yahoo.Com with a CC to Nathaniel@NationwideMinistry.Com and it is our preference not to send out wide eblasts which require you to scroll left to right, in as much files/images sent will be resized to meet our 600 pixel width standard.  We can not accept a word document unless you send it to us as a PDF, we will in some cases accept a power point slide or a publisher file but unfortunately we do not send attachments and word documents are usually sent as such.  Submissions should be sent as you would have them to go out, once you have submitted a flyer for proofing and distribution to exchange/swap out that flyer will result in an additional fee of $25 per change.  Respectfully we do not make changes to your flyer(s) unless we actually produce it/them.  If you need us to produce a flyer, the standard fee is $125 for most sizes 3X5 up to 8 ½ X 11 and we would be happy to do so.  To view samples of our work, please visit the following link: http://www.nationwideministry.com/graphicds.php  once the flyer and the respective payment have been received we will provide a proof for your review within 48 business hours.

The responsibility of proofing is on you, though we promise to do our best not to set you up for failure in the eBlast set-up we will not send out an eBlast until you give us a verbal or written approval.  It is imperative that you submit what you want to go out, if we set up a proof and you desire to change out the image for another there is an additional $25 per change fee.  Unfortunately we do not send out revisions based upon error, a new eBlast slot would need to be purchased but we will reduce the rate to the next lowest point on our sales scale.

Payment, respectfully once we hit send our job is done, in that we request all payments before information goes out.  You may ask: What is the quickest way to get a payment to you? Credit Card by phone is the fastest way, yet we will accept Paypal or an Overnight delivery.  *Paypal an online clearing house for credit card payments is as said available, in its use either we can forward you an invoice for processing via email to the address associated with your account OR you may log into your paypal account; hit the ‘SEND MONEY’ tab, a box will open requesting a telephone number or email address, please input ‘Nathaniel@NationwideMinistry.Com’ as the address and then the amount, after which a new screen pops up to confirm the transaction, please do reference your event or effort in the subject line and hit send.  We also do checks by mail; unfortunately we must wait for checks to clear before service can be rendered, yet in order to expedite matters, please feel free to forward a money order OR cashiers check and upon receipt work may begin.  Please make all checks payable to Nationwide Ministry and mailed to: Nathaniel Jiles 8504 Pierce Place, Merrillville, Indiana 46410

We send out our eBlasts 3 times per day Monday – Friday, weekend open rates are lower and lest it be a complete emergency and a dire request we will not even sell a weekend slot or slate a weekend eBlast. Our eBlast slate is filled on a first come first served basis and we do not hold times on our calendar, the slate is normally full 2 days in advance.   A ‘National eBlast’ will fill a time slot yet a ‘Regional eBlast’ may yet allow for another region to be accommodated at the same time.  In the summer and fall months many slots are filled a week or two in advance, often times clients purchase 2 or 3 eBlasts and slate them all at one time for weeks and months to come.

Once you decide that you want to utilize our service the best thing to do is immediately forward your flyer (as a jpeg or PDF) to N8Jiles@Yahoo.Com, placing your contact information in the email as well as a notation in the subject line “Flyer for eBlast” and call 773.315.5999 Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm Central Standard Time to make a payment by phone.  The alternative unfortunately would be allowing ministries/organizations to secure a slot with a payment and if not utilized the payment would be forfeited, there are too many variables which make this process challenging, so respectfully we slate our eBlasts upon your final approval.

We reach in excess of 60,000 contacts world-wide, though most of them reside primarily within the United States.  We do have decent reach in Canada, the United Kingdom and several other countries and our home site which receives in excess of 300,000 hits per month, has visitors from approximately 90 different countries monthly.  Approximately 40% of our current eBlasts are from continuing/returning customers and 90% of all whom have utilized our services have seen their seed monies return; be it in offerings, registrations, ticket sales or participation.  Now the bible states “as a man/woman sow-eth, that shall they also reap”, so in some cases a one time eBlast satisfies the need, however in most cases you would benefit greater from an introduction email and a reminder email sent.
